Scope of Emissions-Related Services

Customer Responsibilities

By engaging Motorsport Calibrations for emissions-related services, you agree to the following:

1. Acknowledgment of Use Restrictions

   • These modifications are intended exclusively for off-road and motorsport applications.

   • Vehicles with emissions-related modifications must not be driven on public roads.

2. Legal Compliance

   • It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your vehicle complies with all relevant laws and regulations if used on public roads.

   • Failure to comply with emissions laws may result in fines, MOT failures, or legal penalties. Motorsport Calibrations accepts no liability for these outcomes.

3. Insurance and Disclosure

   • You must notify your insurance provider of any emissions-related modifications made to your vehicle.

4. Vehicle Maintenance

   • Ensure your vehicle is properly maintained and free from pre-existing faults before and after modifications. Emissions-related modifications may place additional stress on certain vehicle components, and you assume responsibility for potential failures or reduced service life.

Refund Policy for Emissions-Related Services

1. No Refunds for Software Services

   • Software remaps and emissions-related modifications are non-refundable, as they are tailored for each vehicle and intended solely for off-road use.

2. Parts Installation

   • Installed emissions-related parts are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless proven defective prior to installation.

Indemnity Agreement
