DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day. For example, orders placed after 3:00 PM on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday (or the next working day if Monday is a public holiday). Please note that processing time does not include delivery time, which begins after dispatch.

Back-Ordered and Non-Stock Items: If an item is back-ordered or not in stock, you will be notified promptly. These items may take additional time to process. We will provide an estimated availability date, and you will have the option to cancel or proceed with the order based on your preference. Processing times for back-ordered items may vary depending on supplier availability. If an order for a back-ordered item cannot be fulfilled within 30 days, you may request a full refund.

Please note that some orders may be sent directly from our suppliers to ensure faster delivery times. If your order is dispatched directly from a supplier, you will be notified via email.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Claims for lost parcels must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives visibly damaged, the recipient must sign for the package as "damaged" upon delivery. Failure to do so may affect the outcome of any claims made for damage. Please retain all original packaging as this may be required for claims processing.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

For incorrect orders, notify us within 7 days, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

CLICK & COLLECT (If Applicable)

Customers can select the "Click & Collect" option at checkout to pick up their order from our store at 846 Green Lanes, Winchmore Hill, London N21 2RT.

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Orders will be held for a maximum of 14 days. If the order is not collected within this timeframe, it may be returned to stock, and the customer will be notified.

A valid photo ID and the order confirmation email are required for collection.

Parking is available near the collection point for your convenience.
DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

Certain remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times. Examples include locations in the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man. Additional charges may apply for these locations. If applicable, these charges will be communicated during checkout.
