Understanding Our Returns Policy
RETURNS PROCEDURE:
- Before returning any goods please read all our terms and conditions. - Motorsport Calibrations must be informed by e-mail or telephone on +44 (0) 7985319479 of any items that you wish to return for credit or exchange within 7 working days commencing the day of delivery.
- A member of staff will provide you with a Returns Notice Number.
- Please also ensure that you include a copy of your invoice when shipping any items back to us as well as your Returns Notice Number.
- If an item is sent back to us without a Returns Notice Number; a refund will not be given.
- No parts that have been used, fitted or installed will be accepted for Credit or Refund. - Any parts returned must be in resalable condition. - We will not under any circumstances pay any VAT/Import Duties on Returns, If we are requested to do so your return will be rejected/abandoned.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Including electrical components, and perishable good
For orders that have been supplied correctly & assuming goods are in re-saleable condition:
Within 14 days from the day of delivery - Goods can be returned for ANY reason for a store credit of your order excluding initial delivery charge.
We do not cover returns postage back to us.
After 14 days from the day of delivery - Goods can be returned but with a 20% handling charge. The initial delivery charge & return delivery charges will NOT be refunded.
After 28 days from the day of delivery – Goods are not accepted back for refund.
For orders that have been supplied incorrectly & assuming goods are in re-saleable condition:
Within 28 days from the day of delivery – Goods can be accepted back for full refund, refund for initial shipping and refund for return shipping.
If goods are not in re-saleable condition e.g fitted/test fitted, original packaging not present, covered in grease/lube etc, supplied correctly or incorrectly we will not accept for a refund.
At our discretion, we may drop ship your order direct from a UK supplier. If we arrange to drop ship an item it will be arranged internally, you only pay the price agreed in advance.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Please note special order items will carry a 30% restocking fee on return.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
GETTING AUTHORISATION CODE
Before you can make a return, you'll need to contact us to get an return code so we can recognise the item when it arrives and understand the reason for the return.
The return code must be obtained within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Items should be returned securely in their original packaging to prevent damage in transit. If goods are received damaged by your chosen courier will cannot be held liable but will inform you as soon as possible.
Items must be returned within 14 days of obtaining return authorisation.
RECEIVE YOUR REFUND OR CREDIT
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
